By using Pepe Trading Cards (“PTC”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Platform
PTC is a marketplace for buying, selling, and trading collectible cards. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Listings and Transactions
All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. PTC does not handle payments or guarantee the outcome of any deal. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for completing agreed transactions honestly.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use PTC to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on PTC, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform. You may not post content that infringes third-party rights or contains harmful material.
5. Limitation of Liability
PTC is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PTC after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
